1st International Exhibition of Graphic Humor Lima 2008 November 6Friends and artists:
This year, Peru has become the focus of world attention by organizing a series of international events being made and that draws attention to various issues and to be attended by leaders from around the world. In this context Active Communication, supported by various public and private organizations to convene "I International Exhibition of Graphic Humor" Lima 2008, event to be held for the first time in Peru.
The theme of this important Hall, will be the "Global Warming", since because of the danger that hangs over humanity, it must become aware of this serious problem that involves everyone.
To that end we look forward to your contribution, as participation in this International Chamber I cartoonist is only by invitation, so we've picked a hundred artists from different countries around the world.
This important event to be held on November 6, 2008, will begin with a traveling exhibition by various popular parks and squares of Lima.
In addition will be edited a book of luxury with all the work involved and that will be sent by post to all guest artists.
We look forward to your valuable contribution, because that will make possible the realization of this important event.
REGULATIONS
Theme: "Global warming"
1- Topic: Anything that focuses on global warming, its origins, causes and consequences. Further information can be obtained at http://www.paho.org/spanish/dd/pin/whd2008.htm
They can also access the Virtual Library of Sustainable Development and Environmental Health http://www.bvsde.paho.org/
2- They can send up to two works from his personnel file or which have been published or awarded. It can be prepared in any technique and should be sent by email, under no circumstances be allowed originals.
3- The work must have a resolution of 300 dpi at least, and a minimum size of A-4 (30 x 21 cm.)
