Dear cartoonist!We invite you to participate in the cartoon contest with theme "chicken or the egg?" to be held in the resort city of Anapa from 1 July to 31 August 2010.
Submissions will be accepted until May 31, 2010

The organizers reserve the right to select works for exhibition, as well as the use of cartoons sent for promotional purposes. Sent at the return request, original works will be returned after the exhibition. Each exhibitor will receive catalog and a diploma. Ten of the best works will be awarded prizes.
