Theme 1 : FREE
First Prize - 1000$
Second Prize - 600$
Third Prize - 400$.
Theme 2 : ONE-WAY ROAD
3 Special Prizes: 400$ - 300$ - 200$.
Exhibition: December 15th, 2012
Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy
Remark: the works will not be returned and will remain
the property of The Culture House of Urziceni Municipality.
